If the Libyan Army has ceased resistance (and it appears that it has), then Qaddafi has a date with history's ash heap. Not to be a killjoy, but we're suddenly faced with the next Big Question: Now what? Who takes over? History delights in giving new meaning to the phrase “be careful what you wish for”.
