As usual, just follow the money

They talk of opposing the cancer of Western materialism in the name of The People. They say they are mere vassals of The People for whom all their (absolute) power is piously devoted. If opposed, they pledge to die in place rather surrender. But in the end, it always comes down to the money. David Ignatius: "Qaddafi’s family has been moving money and other assets outside the country over the past five days in anticipation of the regime’s collapse." It figures. In poker terms, that's a pretty big "tell." As in: The hell with The People ― it's time to get outta Dodge. Shakespeare would simply say, "What a piece of work is a man!" As the Arab Spring flowers in Libya and elsewhere, let's hope The People wise up to these despotic bozos.
