Scary thought of the day

Long story short: Back in the '80s, Donald Trump bought the USFL (United States Football League) and tried to compete with the NFL. He failed and drove the USFL off a cliff. We moved on. But a 20-something Daily Dish reader (too young to remember the USFL) is aghast - AGHAST - over this blot on Trump's record. The reader says that as a "card carrying Republican," he would vote for "most anyone other than Obama (Palin included). But The Donald must be stopped." I ask you, which is scarier: Trump running for the presidency or the reader being allowed to own a voter registration card? (Hat tip: Andrew Sullivan)
