That's so jiggery-pokery

Per the folks at Merriam-Webster.com, "jiggery-pokery" is one of those words rarely heard outside of England. It means: dishonest or suspicious activity; nonsense. Here's how The Telegraph's Jeff Randall cleverly used it last May: "[Greece] flouted European Union rules on the limits to budget deficits; its national accounts were a moussaka of minced statistics, topped with a cheesy sauce of jiggery-pokery." Heh.
