REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS don't agree on much. But together, a whopping 73% of all Americans disapprove of the job Congress is doing, per the latest NBC/Wall Street Journal survey. Also, 61% of folks want Congress to compromise and keep the government running. Memo to Congress: That's a hint. And it's not subtle.
