Nerd in my soup

Washington Post columnist Michael Gerson wrote a silly piece yesterday about how President Obama's "ego" keeps getting the way of progress. Bottom line: Mikey really, really resents cool kid Barry. Pouting from the bench he perceptually warms, he wrote: "He is alternately defiant, defensive, exasperated, resentful, harsh, scolding, prickly. He is both the smartest kid in class and the schoolyard bully." In other words, Obama is behaving like a president in command. Gerson (above) reminds me of those dour nerds in high school, the stereotypical pudgy kid clad in horn-rimmed glasses. Oh wait --
