You still can't get blood from a stone
In recent days, I've noticed that more than a few political observers have attempted to analyze Sarah Palin's "positions" on various policy issues. Today, for example, Steve Benen wrote: "Sarah Palin thinks the United States is a sinking ship and that the debt is responsible for the weak economy. Both points are wrong." Well, of course they're wrong. Palin, sadly, "doesn't know anything" and demonstrates it every time she opens her mouth. So, other than attracting page views, what is the point of engaging her substantively on anything? No matter how hard one tries, one cannot get blood from a stone.
