Predictions

Today's winner of "Best Quote of the Day" goes to Time's Joe Klein. In his Swampland blog, he wrote:

"I hate predictions. Refuse to make them. Journalists are never so stupid as when we make predictions--it implies an inside knowledge that we simply don't have -- we're pretty good about reporting things that have already happened; less good at explaining them; dreadful at crystal balling."
